Hey! I’ve been playing volleyball for a few years now, and one thing that really upped my game was working on my serve. For me, it all started with just getting the basics down. I found that practicing my overhand serve really made a difference. Basically, you just gotta throw the ball up not too high, not too low, and hit it hard but with control.
