So, about brake repairs, right? I had this issue last month with my old sedan. It started with this annoying high-pitched squeal every time I hit the brakes. Pretty sure it was telling me the brake pads were worn out. Then the brake pedal got really mushy, kind of like stepping on a sponge. Not a good feeling! Had to pump it a good few times to get the car to actually start stopping. Took it to the shop, and turns out there was air in the brake lines and the pads were nearly gone. Got those fixed, and it was like a whole new ride!
