I’ve tried a bunch of different luggage types since I fly often for work. For me, nothing beats polycarbonate suitcases. They are super light which is a godsend when you’re rushing through airports and they’ve got a bit of flex to them, so they kinda absorb the shock when they get thrown around by baggage handlers. They scratch up pretty bad over time, but that’s about the only downside. Oh, and if you go for a regular one like I did, make sure it’s got a good lock system. Security’s a big deal for me when I’m traveling!
