Hey, if you’re thinking about listing your land or acreage, just a heads-up from someone who’s been there! Make sure you check on the property’s soil quality – nobody wants to buy land that you can’t grow anything on if they’re looking to farm. Also, figure out whether it’s got legal access roads; you wouldn’t believe how many times deals fall apart because you can’t actually get to the land easily. Oh, and don’t forget to see if you’re in a flood zone. That can be a deal-breaker for a lot of folks.
