Swimming and other aquatic sports? Yeah, I think they are good for keeping fit and all that. Heard they’re particularly good for the heart and muscles, not to mention pretty easy on the joints since it’s all taking place in water. I guess it’s a chill way to stay in shape without hitting the gym too hard. Plus, cooling off in the pool during summers is just a bonus!
